    “Challenging students to reach their academic and social potentials”

    Navkis Educational Centre, Mysore is a unit of Rams Educational foundation, Gokula, Bangalore. The heritage and tradition left by, Shri. M. S. Ramaiah, has been continued by Mr. Anandaram, the present chairman of NEC. It is located amidst scenic surroundings on Mysore – Bannur Road, away from the hustle bustle of the city in a clean, non polluting environment. A well-planned and an imposing building surrounded by greenery with spacious and modern classrooms, comfortable furniture and hospitable ambiance makes NAVKIS an ideal place for learning.

    The historic city of Mysore has seen a number of schools but in NAVKIS the campus environment and learning environment is totally unique where each child is treated with love, care and respect. We understand that learning is an unending process, it therefore employs holistic technology  of teaching to enable continuous absorption. We have a dedicated and talented faculty to support the continuous development of the students.

    Founded in the year 2010 by Shri. M.R Anandaram, who has rich experience in the field of academics, the school therefore educates children from Pre KG till Grade X and is progressing remarkably and in all round development of our students. In each coming year additional higher class will be commenced ensuring continuous education. It is therefore our constant endeavour to provide knowledge that enables comprehensive development of the students and nurture original thinking.

    Admission Criteria
    Admission forms are issued for all classes from December onwards.

    The curriculum is strictly as per the norms laid down by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Government of India, New Delhi. As per CBSE curriculum, the school also offers courses such as Computers, Personality development, Art and craft and Life skills programme. Additional language skills as third language is being imparted from Grade I onwards.
    The methodology of teaching involves participative and experimental learning approach along with audio visual aids. Individual counselling and continuous evaluation supports the teaching process.

    The teacher student ratio is kept at 1:30 in order to provide adequate attention to each student. The school has highly qualified, motivated and trained teachers who are totally involved in their work and are amongst the best in their respective fields.. The teachers constantly monitor the progress of each student and corrective guidance is given. The school takes care of the emotional health through continuous counseling sessions by the class teacher. The subject teachers, conduct interactive remedial sessions, which takes place between the students and the teacher everyday 30 minutes before dispersal.
