At all Navkis Schools we value our parents as our most important stakeholders. They are our biggest human resource for the Schools. Accordingly care is taken to ensure that parents bring into school their varied experience and add value to the School. Our PTMs are forums where we interact with our parents and ensure that there is maximum participation from them beyond this formal forum.

Class presentations, special occasion like Annual Day and Sports Day cannot be imagined without the involvement of the parents. The parents and school are intertwined to make the events successful. Workshops for students by parents related areas in which they expertise are often held in the school. .

Faculty at Navkis are not only competent in their subject knowledge, but who are sensitive to the needs of students and who are well trained in imparting holistic learning. In order to ensure that each teacher is updated and upskilled in his/her area of competence, the school ensures there are adequate workshops, seminars and sessions conducted by experts for teachers.

We have three academic co-ordinators, ranging from grade I to III, IV to VII and VIII to X. along with this Subject Co-ordinators are allotted for each subject. Every Saturday a meeting is conducted for the teachers along with their team for the process of planning for the upcoming week.
